Dear Somersworth High School Families,
In Partnership with Goodwin Community Health, we are excited to officially announce the opening of our School Based Health Center here at Somersworth High School. This in-house clinic will bring resources and services into our campus so that we can better provide for the physical and mental health of all our students.
Please check out the SBHC Brochure below for relevant information including contacts, services and the process by which students can be seen.
In order for your student to be eligible to receive these services, please fill out the enrollment and consent form (page 2 of brochure) and return to the school Nurse.
Brochures will be sent to SHS families via USPS the week of 1/3/2024 and are also available in the high school main office. Please contact us if you have any questions.
